The mission statement
Neighborhood Garden Initiative exists to bring function, purpose, and beauty to the land we occupy, educate families in under-served communities on the importance of food sovereignty, and lend a helping hand to all in need. Our goals are to put a garden in every home, share our knowledge and bounties with one another, and continue to put the food system back into the hands of the people.
